Data Deletion

1. Purpose of this page

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data processed by TechnoFutureNow LLC in connection with services offered under the InfinyAI brand, including data associated with our website, services, proprietary products, applications, user accounts or integrations with platforms such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google, Apple, Microsoft, WhatsApp or other connected tools.

2. How to request deletion

Email info@infinyai.com with the subject:

Data deletion request

Include, where applicable:

• Full name.
• Email associated with your account or request.
• Related product or service: website, ZizeLab, ZizelMark, app, SaaS, integration or specific project.
• Phone or WhatsApp number if you contacted us through that channel.
• Account identifier if known.
• For Meta/Facebook/Instagram: user ID, page, connected account or screenshot of the connected app if available.
• For Google, Apple or Microsoft: login email or identifier, if applicable.
• A brief explanation of the data you want deleted.

We may request additional information to verify your identity and avoid deleting someone else’s data by mistake.

3. Deletion from an application

If a InfinyAI product or app provides a user account and an internal account deletion option, you may request deletion from that app. If the option is not yet available or you need assistance, use the email indicated on this page.

4. Instructions for Meta/Facebook/Instagram

1. Log in to Facebook.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy.
3. Open Settings.
4. Find Apps and Websites.
5. Select the app or integration related to InfinyAI or the relevant product.
6. Click Remove or revoke access.

After that, you can email us to request deletion of any data we still hold in our systems.

5. Data we delete

• Account and profile data.
• User identifiers associated with external platforms.
• Access tokens or service connection data.
• Messages, requests, preferences or account-related information where no retention obligation applies.
• Technical data directly linked to the user where no security, audit or compliance need applies.

6. Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained where necessary for legal obligation, tax/accounting compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, defense of claims, contractual compliance or minimum record keeping.

7. Response times

We will respond to deletion and rights requests according to applicable law. Under GDPR, we will normally respond within one month from receipt of a valid request, unless complexity or number of requests permits an extension under the law.

8. Confirmation

When deletion or anonymization is completed, we will send confirmation to the email used for the request where possible and appropriate.
