These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the InfinyAI website, a commercial brand whose services are provided and invoiced by TechnoFutureNow LLC, as well as the request or contracting of services related to software, SaaS, apps, automation, artificial intelligence, technical infrastructure and proprietary products.
In these terms, operational references to InfinyAI mean services offered under the brand and provided by TechnoFutureNow LLC.
By using this website, contacting us, requesting a quote, hiring services or using our products, you accept these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Quotes, proposals and scope
Any proposal, quote, schedule, delivery or feature shall be understood according to the scope agreed in writing. Changes in scope, new features, additional integrations, redesigns, migrations or unforeseen requirements may require price and timeline review.
4. Client obligations
- Provide accurate and sufficient information about the project.
- Provide accesses, credentials, materials, texts, images, documentation or approvals when necessary.
- Hold the rights to the materials provided to us.
- Review deliverables, validate progress and communicate issues reasonably.
- Not request illegal, misleading, abusive or rights-infringing uses.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, InfinyAI retains ownership of methodologies, know-how, reusable components, internal libraries, templates, workflows, general technical documentation, prior ideas, own tools and proprietary products.
The client retains rights over its brands, content, data and original materials. Specific project deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or contract.
6. Proprietary products and licenses
Products such as ZizeLab, ZizelMark and other proprietary products may be subject to licenses, prices, usage conditions, technical limits, redistribution restrictions, update policies or product-specific documentation.
7. Third-party platforms
Some services may depend on external platforms such as Apple, Google, Microsoft, Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, cloud providers, payment gateways, AI APIs or other third parties. Each platform may apply its own terms, reviews, limits, changes, fees and policies.
8. Artificial intelligence
AI solutions may generate probabilistic outputs, suggestions, analysis or responses that should be reviewed when used in important decisions. Unless specifically agreed in writing, we do not guarantee that an AI output will always be accurate, complete or suitable for every context.
9. Payments, taxes and cancellations
Prices, payment methods, milestones, deadlines, taxes, renewals, maintenance, support or cancellations will be stated in the proposal, invoice, contract, payment platform or product-specific conditions.
10. Acceptable use
Our services, products or deliverables may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, malware, spam, phishing, unauthorized surveillance or rights-infringing activities.

Non-public information shared between InfinyAI and the client must be treated confidentially, except where information is public, previously known, independently developed or legally required.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, InfinyAI shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, business interruption, third-party platform changes, client misuse or decisions made solely on AI outputs.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these terms will be interpreted under the laws applicable to InfinyAI. Consumers retain mandatory rights under the laws of their country of residence where applicable.
